The entire second floor is a Master Bedroom Suite with walk in shower, huge closet, and a private covered porch with views overlooking the Key West Lighthouse and our fabulous lazy river pool. Perfect spot for your morning coffee or a cocktail hour. Master suite also offers a private side staircase… easy access to pool. Outdoor teak and mahogany porch furniture, made from reclaimed boats, offers solitude and privacy up on the second level covered porch. The spectacular common area backyard is lush and offers both sun and shade. Professional weekly landscapers and pool technicians keep the tropical gardens spotless.
* THE POOL: The unique 70' meandering salt water heated or cooled pool. The lagoon pool is shared with five cigar maker style homes. Spotless to swim in and gorgeous to look at, the evening pool and tree lighting is magical.
